If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- ‘Change of mind’ or ‘No longer need’ is not applicable.
- If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your Replace/refund after inspecting the item.
- If you return the product you ordered, the delivery charge will not be exempted. And you will get a voucher for the payment you did which you can use later to purchase the good of the same value, or the value would be added or subtracted in the next order.
- If you order the product and if you return the product without any valid reason, it will be a legal obligation for you to pay the delivery charge and compensation of the product if damaged.
- If the product is of a free delivery scheme. And you return the product without any valid reason as per the above-mentioned clause, the delivery charge will be added to you and you are obliged to pay that.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or the voucher for the payment you did, which you can use in the next order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in terms of refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
